Palm Oil

Palm oil is one of the most commonly used vegetable oils in the world derived from the pulp of the fruit of oil palms. It is naturally trans fat free, low in cholesterol and very heat-resistant making it perfect for a variety of cooking and frying applications.

Palm oil is naturally reddish in color because of its high beta-carotene content. It is one of few highly saturated vegetable fats and is semi-solid at room temperature. Palm oil offers high oxidative stability at a good value.
